Adventures In XNA Posing Entry 61: The Thunder God Edition

Welcome to unfortunately another late entry. Admittingly, the racing this weekend took up alot of my attention (along with my recording equipment finally working and got carried away with catching up on all the videos). Decided to do a small preview for a possible continuation  of my "Wrath Of Thunder" series. So without further ado, here they are:

Thats it for today. The last three weekends have been filled with some racing action so my attention has been abit skewed. Shouldn't be a problem this week though since the 4th of July is around the corner. See you next time.

Adventures In XNA Posing Entry 59: Father's Day Edition.

Hello and welcome to an admittedly short edition. Alot of stuff was going on this week so I didn't really have enough time devoted to this but I have something to show so here it is:

Sushi Table

Had these, but never really used them so I decided to put them together in the Kitchen Scenery I already have.  I might do another one in a more organized restaurant fashion as opposed to this kinda sampler pack I put together today.

Jonah and Jade Shepard (ME3)

Decided to request to have my first custom models made for me and here these two are. These were made from the custom Shepards I had created in the Demo (as I never got the full game) and they came out great. Will be seeing them in some future pics.

And of course, Its Father's day today so here's some pics of  two interesting fathers:

Adventures in XNA Posing Entry 58: Showcase Part 3

Welcome to this week's entry and once again, a very packed one (more so then last week) . A mix of new props, environments and new models. Lets get to it:

Cinema

Came across this theater and decided to get it. Once its big enough, its actually good enough to move around and get pictures.

Movie Theater Props

Thankfully, this was one of the next items that came up. Now of course I personally don't think the popcorn looks...very popcorn-like, but these items are still great additions.

Tomb Raider Pistol Pack

Saw this pack and decided to add it. It includes a Beretta, a Combat and a Magnum. Great detail on each of these.  

 SUV (Battlefield 3)

Another vehicle I decided to get. It has movable parts as you can see, two of which include sunroofs. This will go great alongside the Lincoln I already have.

Nina Williams Tekken 4 2P

The first of two Tekken mods, this one made to look like Nina's Tekken 4 

1p outfit. The boots as well as the gloves are what really set this outfit off.

Nina Williams Tekken 5 2P

The second of two Tekken Mods, this one to look like Nina's Tekken 5 2p outfit. From the color to the heels, this outfit is well done.

Lara Blue Dress

Here's one of the first of many outfits I found for Lara. Its abit of an interesting outfit , but its detailed and the bones are well sorted (something I can't say for some custom mods). Overall, its another good choice in variety of costumes for Lara.

Lara Demolition

Found this outfit and decided while I was at it, to add a little action scene by having her hold a smart hpone and detonate something. Results are explosive and so is the makeshift explosion I made in the background. Its a neat outfit, kind of perfect for that kind of situation.

Lara Karate Gi

Another interesting alternative outfit for Lara. Just like the Blue dress above, its well made and the bones are organised and functional. As with the Demolition outfit, did some slight action with her preparing to dust the hell out of this punching bag.

Lara Stealth Snow Suit 

And the final one to finish off this Lara special is this stealth snowsuit. Now I have no idea how this suit works so I decided to use my imagination on this one and instantly, thought what was more stealthy then disappearing. Overall, the suit is impressively detailed. 

Lili Home Edition (Tekken Tag Tournament 2)

Found this and obviously, this appears to be a slightly modified version of Lili's P1 outfit. The additions, such as the slippers and head bands, do kinda spruce it up and add to the look. I kinda think a night gown would've be abit more convincing, but this works ok too.

Snowmobile

Got this snowmobile from a 3d model site and it looks amazing. Now if only I can find a proper snow enviroment, this can really be used well since I already have Lara's stealth Snowsuit.

Cigerette (Mass Effect)

Not really something I was expecting to get but decided why not. Could add that touch of cool factor to those comics I still intend on doing.

Frost MK9

To my surprise, I managed to find an improved version of the Frost from a previous entry. Gone is the toothy reptile mask that sorta took away from the first outfit  as well as the hair and it has some detailed textures, which actually make the outfit standout.  The short hair replaces the slightly long one from before, which also makes this standout.  The mask is yet another reptile mask but since this one doesn't have the teeth, this actually works much better and makes for a very convincing look.
