Adventures In XNA Posing Entry 47: Slightly Cold Afternoon Edition

Welcome to this week's entry. Again kinda short on content as the class work I had was abit bigger this time around. Anyhow, two new models as well as one of my first attempts at a Tekken Unlimited pose. So here we go:

Sub-Zero Cape (MK Vs DC)

Inspired by Sub-Zero's ending in MK Vs DC, along comes this model. Its somewhat rough around the edges with the some shading issues in the shoulders and some clipping with the cape (also in the shoulders), but its a very good execution overall. Definitely something I'd like to see in the MK9 mods.

Frost (MK9)

This one really caught my attention in the search for custom models. It uses the sindel model as a base and a very interesting color combination. Only small gripe is in the posability of the cloth material as well as the choice of mask, which looks like its from Reptile (perhaps Sub-Zero's mask could've been a better choice). Overall though, very neat.

Tekken Unlimited: Jun Kazama (Shunya Yamashita)

Today marks the first attempt at recreating the Tekken Unlimited Pictures in XNA. For this attempt, I chose what appears to have been the most controversial: The Shunya Yamashita art for Jun Kazama.
Using the legs from the Bikini model, the boots from the alternate TTT2 model and the waist from the original TTT2 model (all by BoobsonX). It took a while to navigate and find the parts to turn off, but it worked. Its not exact, but I feel its quite close.

That's it for this week. Its been a hectic weekend, but hopefully I'll provide more content next week. See you next time.
