Adventures in XNA Posing Entry 29: Suiting up

Welcome to the Noon edition of Adventures In XNA Posing. Somehow, I've managed to actually get this posted between the morning and the Afternoon this time around. Still better then a last minute evening effort. Again, not many pictures as I've admittingly had my attention fixated on Championship weekend, but I still managed to get something so lets get to this week's focused effort:

                                                                    MGR Raiden Suit

As soon as I found this model, I had to download it. Not only is it Raiden looking far less cybernetic, but its stylish too. Will likely do something interesting with his story now that this has surfaced.

That's it for this week, again not much but since nothing major is happeneing next weekend, I should be back on it in time for the 30th entry. See you next time.

Adventures in XNA Posing Entry 28

Welcome to an afternoon edition of Adventures in XNA posing. Because I was so caught up in redoing my homework, I didn't get any pics done so the ones I post today are unfortunately last minute. With out further delay, here they are:

These are more of my first ever XNA pictures redone with the  Jun Kazama Model by BoobsonX.

That's it for this week, I apologize for not getting some worthwhile pictures. I will actually get some  good ones next weekend. See you next time.

Adventures in XNA Posing Entry 27: New Rides

Greetings and welcome to the first November entry of Adventures in XNA Posing. Due to my occupation with a request I'm doing for someone's cars as well as a new assignment (and the impending due date for work to be submitted for another grade), I wasn't left with as much time to do posing as I wanted. I did manage and this time, its with some new vehicles I downloaded as well as some shots for a continuation of a storyline I started. Any how here they are:

                                                                Jeeps (Resident Evil)

Found these and decided to download, further bolstering my vehicle collection. No bones on these models so can't really do any movement with these, but I'm seemingly limited on my options when it comes to these vehicles so that's about all I can do really.

                                                                JP Jeeps (Jurassic Park)

Saw these, not knowing what these "JP Jeeps" were but downloaded them anyway. It wasn't until I uploaded them that I found out that these are from Jurassic park. Despite that they too lack any movable parts, I'm glad to have them just for the sheer novelty factor.

So that's it for this time. If I manage to get all the important stuff out of the way, I should be able to do a ton of shots for next week and finally might actually get the attachments to finally start putting in some dialogue via captions. See you next week.

Adventures In XNA Posing Entry 26: Three Fantastic Swordsmen

Hello and welcome to the morning edition of Adventures in XNA Posing. Thanks to me getting 12 pics in this past Friday, I now actually have something worth while that isn't last minute for once. These pics feature three great sword wielding characthers, all of which make for some fascinating story ideas. Here they are:

                                                           Raidan  (Metal Gear Rising)

For a while, I've been looking for this model but came up short everytime. So imagine my surprise when I finally found this for download. Now unfortunately, he doesn't come with the sword so I had to improvise by using the sword from the MGS4 Raiden (and subsequently had to make a folder for it). In any case, this has turned out fantastic and its just the start of some great posing with him.

Kenshi (Mortal Kombat)

While looking for a unmasked version of Kitana, I came across this model. Fortunately, this came with the sword so no need to barrow one from another character. After quite some time spent, these turned out well, I think some more great posing awaits this model.

Yoshimitsu (Tekken Tag Tournament 2)

Another great model I found. To my surprise, not only did it come with two swords but both are attached to the character. That alone made the posing easy as it meant not having to endlessly manipulate the direction and position of the sword just to match the positioning of the hands. It also made for a somewhat limited but quick and imposing poses. This should make an interesting model to do some amazing battle scenes with, will definitely add some great flair to it.

This it for this week and how great that its finally not last minute in the evening or afternoon. I'll likely start getting some great shots with all three of these guys at the same time. Now I just have to find a convincing, not so corny title for this interesting story I'm about to create. See you next week.

Adventures In XNA Posing Entry 25: Guns and Helicopters

Welcome to a slightly earlier edition this week. Once again, these are abit last minute (which is really highlighting my terrible time management), but  lets get things out of the way. This time, I experimented with some storyline elements for two MK Characthers, one of which had more time as I had a frustrating time trying to set it up while the other was abit spontaneous. Anyhow, here we go:

                                                                   Sniper Stryker

Took a lot of time to really pose it the way I wanted it to but I finally got it. This was something I've been wanting to do, just could never find for the right place or gun model to use.

Helicopter Sonya

This idea was inspired both by the storyline idea I have for her as well as an episode of airwolf, which feature this helicopter. I'm likely going to expand on this as I kinda like how this ended up and am interested in taking this further along.

That's it for this week, I'm now in Project mode for school so I'll really have to get some time for these not to be last minute, which is already hard enough since I'm goofing off with everything else (mostly out of boredom). See you next week.

Adventures in XNA Posing Entry 24: Only a few, but something new

Welcome to a very late entry. Homework was especially busy the past week so all of these pics are last minute, but nevertheless are still important. So here we go:

                                                           Alisa TTT2 Bikini mod

While this is not the original in-game bikini, its very worth having until someone finally exacts her bikini or it could be an alternate. Either way, its well done and no errors can be found on it.

                                                                   TR Sam - Bikini

For a long while, I could never understand how Lara had a bikini but not Sam. So when I came across this, I immediately had to have it. Looks great and very well put together.

                                                                       Sleeper Lara

While trying to find some alternate clothes for Lara and Sam, I found this. Given that I already had a picture of them in a hotel together, I decided I could expand from that. Its nicely made and looks like something that would end up in the game.

Battlefield 2 Vehicles

Found a brilliant set of vehicles for a storyline I have in mind. While I'm not pleased at the lack of bones (which means a lot to me as I'm doing a lot of action with these), I do have vehicles no one else has so I can't complain.

That's it for today. Hopefully, I'll be back to a more reasonable time for posting these as there is going to be a packed racing weekend. See you next time.

Adventures In XNA Posing Entry 23: More Shopping

Hello and welcome to yet another entry of XNA posing. This week, I once again have completed using some shopping of various XNA pictures. The subject that week was about value and how it can be used to compose a picture. So without further ado, here's the pictures:
